Data Deletion

How to delete your Number Go Up account and the data associated with it. Last updated June 30, 2026.

At Number Go Up, you're always in control of your information. This page explains how to permanently delete your account and the personal data we hold about you, what gets removed, and how long it takes.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Number Go Up account and all associated data at any time, right from the app:

  1. Sign in to Number Go Up and open your Account settings.
  2. On the General tab, find the Delete Account tool.
  3. Confirm the deletion. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

Prefer to email us?

If you can't sign in or would rather we handle it for you, you can request deletion by email instead:

  • Email us at mancer@numbergoup.gg from the address tied to your account, or send your request through our contact form.
  • Include the gamertag or username connected to your Number Go Up account so we can locate it.
  • Use the subject line "Delete my account" so we can prioritize your request.

For email requests we may need to verify your identity before acting on them, to make sure we're deleting the right account.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize the personal information associated with it, including:

  • Your account and profile details, including your gamertag, profile information, and any social links you added.
  • Your connected gaming account links (Microsoft / Xbox and Twitch) and the access associated with them.
  • Your tracked Sea of Thieves commendation and reputation progress and history.
  • Content you published, such as Custom Seas server listings and events.
  • Any AI Pirate Assistant conversations tied to your account.
  • Messages you've sent us through the contact form.

Disconnecting Without Deleting

If you'd rather not delete your whole account, you can still limit our access to your information:

  • Twitch. Disconnect it at any time from within the app.
  • Microsoft / Xbox. Review or revoke our access through your Microsoft account settings.

How Long It Takes

We aim to process every deletion request within 30 days. Residual copies of your information may remain in backups for a limited period before being overwritten, and we may retain a minimal amount of information where we're required to for legal, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. If you sign in again afterward, a new account will be created from scratch.
